- Incorrectly delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product and must include clear photos or videos as proof.

- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or specially ordered products
- Rental Jewelry items after delivery and acceptance by the customer
3. Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact us with:
- Order Number
- Product Details
- Photos or Videos of the issue
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per our refund policy.
6. Rental Jewelry Policy
Rental jewelry bookings are non-refundable once the rental period begins.
Customers are responsible for the proper care and timely return of rented jewelry. Any loss, damage, or missing components may attract additional charges.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In cases where a return is approved due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Sri Lakshmi Ladies Fashion.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
